Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings with Dubai Yachting Company LLC (“we”, “us”), located at Dubai International Marine Club, Dubai Harbour.

1. Reservations. All bookings are by reservation only.

2. Cancellation and refund. Hourly yacht charters can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase or at least 14 days before the charter starts. Weekly yacht charters have other terms and conditions; please get in touch for more information.

3. Weather. We offer rescheduling or refunds for day charters in case of hazardous weather conditions, and we can reschedule your charter without any additional fees.

4. Delays and late arrival. Events such as canceled or delayed flights, traffic, late taxis, Uber, Careem, or other ride-sharing complications are not considered valid reasons for canceling your charter or altering its details.

5. Departure point. Most of our yachts set sail from either Dubai Harbour or Dubai Marina; each yacht has its own designated departure spot. The precise departure dock, with directions, is included in the confirmation email you receive after making your reservation.

6. Identification. According to Coast Guard rules, all guests need to carry identification, such as an ID or passport, in case of inspection.
